I’ve always strived for freedom and sought it all over the world. As an au pair, I was drawn to the United Kingdom first, and later to Spain. However, with my emancipated mindset, I often encountered limitations—both during my studies ( I graduated my business administration studies top of the class, earning my Diplom Kauffrau degree) and in the male-dominated business world. But I persevered and, after several years, earned top positions at an international corporation.

During my tenure in the corporate realm, I increasingly gravitated towards the human aspect of success rather than the technical. I found it intriguing that despite employing the same technical guidelines and opportunities within a team, performances often varied significantly. This prompted me to delve further into the psychological understanding of human behaviour and its interplay with individual perspectives.

At the peak of my career, everything suddenly changed: pregnancy, cancer, feeling lost. An emotional rollercoaster. I sought psychological counselling—and was deeply disappointed. However, out of that disappointment emerged a new purpose: the desire to support women on their journey to a self-determined, successful life.

Over the following years, I completed an international coaching training (Geneva and London), earned my credits in hypnotherapy ( Geneva, Las Vegas), gave lectures universities, and then worked as an independent coach and hypnotherapist in Geneva, Switzerland. With Ruby Culture, I now assist women worldwide as a freelance entrepreneur in finding more happiness and recognition.
