Having hypnotised thousands of people, I now blend a variety of methods and hypnosis techniques to create a powerful, personalised approach. The core techniques I use are:

  1. Traditional hypnosis: The most common form, where the hypnotist gives direct suggestions to the subconscious mind, helping the you change thoughts, behaviours, or emotions.
  2. Ericksonian hypnosis: Named after Milton Erickson, this method is more indirect, using storytelling, metaphors, and permissive language to guide the subconscious mind without resistance.
  3. Regression hypnosis: This technique involves guiding you to revisit past events in your life or even past lives to uncover hidden memories or experiences that may be affecting your current behaviours or emotions.
  4. Future pacing: Involves visualising and mentally rehearsing a desired future outcome, helping you feel more confident and prepared for challenges ahead.
  5. Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy (CBH): A combination of cognitive-behavioural therapy and hypnosis that helps you change negative thought patterns and behaviours while in a relaxed, hypnotic state.
  6. Self-hypnosis: A process where you learn to enter a hypnotic state on your own, with your own chosen key-word, empowering you to use hypnosis for relaxation, stress reduction, or habit change without the guidance of a hypnotist.
  7. Pain management hypnosis: Specialised techniques used to reduce or eliminate pain perception, useful for chronic pain, surgery recovery, or managing discomfort.

Each method can be used depending on your desired outcome or needs, whether it’s for relaxation, breaking habits, emotional healing, or curiosity.
